When did you last check you college student credit card? If you are a student and have one of those that are not part of the student type of credit cards, you have better check your statement as these banks and issuers are increasing their rates at exorbitant figures and there is not much you and I can do about it.

The banks are anticipating the new rules and policy to be implemented and so they are trying to get as much from anyone who has these types of cards. The reason you need to check your monthly statements is for you to be aware of what they are charging you.

These additional charges being impose the banks will be effective until the new law takes effect. This is a nasty rate increases and the last thing you need at this point when people are still reeling from  the recession.

So What Can You and I do About This?

Nothing much! But in order for you to avoid the stress and depression of knowing that you like you have been cheated, it is important to know where you stand. What I mean by that is to look into your monthly statement and check for anything out of the ordinary. You also need to check the rate that they are charging at the present and what are the penalties they are trying to impose or what they have already imposed and would take effect soon.

We all have to bear the brunt of this last gasping and nasty maneuvers by the banks as their cheating and or manipulative practices will soon become less and have to deal with the laws enacted.

Check your your College Student Credit Cards!

Thanks
